Casimir Pulaski Day -  Monday, March 4, 2024

Casimir Pulaski Day was celebrated this morning at the Polish Museum of America. The two-hour celebration honored the “Father of the American Cavalry” who fought along side George Washington and those who helped found the United States. Senator Dick Durbin, Mayor Brandon Johnson, the Consuls General of Poland and Ukraine, and various elected and civic leaders addressed about a hundred people in person and many more online.
